About the stories running in your head
We circle.
Our whole life is a circle, the whole universe is a circle, our thoughts are a circle.
If you take something out of the circle, the circle still remains the same. If you put something in the circle, the circle still remains the same.
So better start putting creative or constructive thoughts in your head if you want to circle well, because you create your own circle. The day you’ll discover that, you’ll be way more careful with allowing unnecessary painful thoughts running your days.
This is called the infinity of the law of attraction.
Stop running painful movies in your head. Stop creating the worst scenario’s in your head and recycling on past experiences. There are no stories out there! The only stories, are the stories you make up in your head. The only reality is that YOU ARE here in the moment.
Invloed van ademhaling op je geest
Een oud Yogaverhaaltje….
Zicht, Gehoor, Reuk, Smaak, Tast en Ademhaling hebben een discussie over wie de belangrijkste is van hen. Een van hen stelt daarom voor om uit te vinden zonder wat de mens echt niet kan leven. Ademhaling bleef als enige over.
Bewustzijn van de ademhaling is het meest waardevolle instrument/tool dat yoga ons schenkt en aanleert.
In onze cultuur wordt ons niet bewust geleerd hoe we moeten ademhalen en als gevolg daarvan wordt onze ademhaling na verloop van tijd belemmerd door gewoonteracties op stress.
Je bewustzijn van je ademhaling helpt je om stress te verminderen, beter te slapen, je gezonder te voelen en je beste zelf te zijn.
Door een gecontroleerde diepe, langzame ademhaling kalmeert je geest en neemt je stress af.
Je kan je emotionele reactie op een situatie automatisch veranderen door over te gaan op een langzamer dieper ademhalingspatroon.
Door middel van ademhalingscontrole kunnen we dus in stresssituaties kalm blijven.
Ademhaling is daarom een manier om je geest te trainen om kalm te worden, wat van belang is als je een groter bewustzijn wil bereiken.
